Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days within Cairo and Giza, and up to 7 days for other areas.

Each product comes with a warranty period ranging from 3 months to 2 years, depending on the manufacturer’s policy.

Returns and Refunds

 

Customers may request a return or exchange within 30 days of purchase, provided that the product is in its original packaging, unused, and free of scratches or damage.

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method once the returned item is inspected and approved.

If you are not fully happy, you can return or exchange your item within 30 days of delivery, under the following conditions:

•The product must be in its original packaging, with all accessories and manuals included.

•The item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as received.

•Returns are not accepted for products that show signs of misuse, scratches, or damage.

•Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required to complete any return or refund request.

 

Refund Process

 

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card, Vodafone Cash, InstaPay, or the original payment method used during purchase.

Refunds may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

If your product is defective or malfunctioning, please visit one of our branches or contact our support team for inspection.

Products covered under warranty will be repaired or replaced free of charge according to the manufacturer’s terms.
