•All original packaging, manuals, and accessories must be included.

•If the product has a manufacturing defect, it will be inspected by our technical team before approving the return or replacement.

•Refunds are issued using the same payment method originally used, once the item has been reviewed and approved.

Shipping Policy

We currently provide delivery services within Egypt only, through trusted logistics partners to ensure timely and secure shipments. Estimated delivery time: • 2–5 business days within Cairo and Giza. • Up to 7 business days for other governorates. Free shipping may be available for orders exceeding a certain value (depending on ongoing promotions). Customers will receive a confirmation call before dispatching their order. In case of failed delivery or unjustified refusal, the customer will be responsible for both delivery and return shipping fees.
